Responsibilities:

As a Cariloha America Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with Marketing Initiatives:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and analyze promotional campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas for social media content and engage with our online community.

Customer Support and Communication:

• Interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in crafting customer communications and support materials.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Work with data sets to extract meaningful insights and generate reports.
• Support decision-making processes through data-driven recommendations.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with the operations team to optimize stock.
• Content Creation:
• Contribute to content creation for various platforms, including blog posts, product descriptions, and newsletters.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this internship, you should possess:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
